Complete document sharing with other organisations within the Prompt community.
Prompt is a document sharing repository/archive where users across all organisations can access, read and copy each other’s documents. Enabling all organisations, big or small, to have access to correct and up-to-date information regarding all policies, processes etc.
When a document is copied, it is converted to its own original document type (ie. Word Doc) so the user can edit and customise to suit their own organisation content and standards, without effecting the source in which it was originally copied from.
They can then choose to add it to their own organisation for their users to access as their own.
