Document Reports

Extensive document review cycles, requisition, drafting, submission, approval and publishing processes.

A number of reports are available to assist with document management within Prompt.

These reports range from the Document Activity report that displays the amount of  times a document has been downloaded within an organisation, to System Specific reports that provide users with an extensive and full history of the document activity within the organisation.

Reports can be filtered by department and section, document type, when it was checked in and if it belongs to a standard or a specific status.
