System Specifications

    The Prompt Documents system developed by Barwon Health is a web based application.

    Pictured is the AWS architecture of the Prompt Documents system.

    Platform support mobile devices, tablets and small laptops less than 1280×720 resolution:

    • Anonymous users have access to a mobile friendly search page and help page
    • Admin users have access to a mobile friendly search page and help page. As well as admin pages (Note: these pages are not mobile friendly as admins are normally on a desktop).

    Currently we support the latest version of the evergreen browsers:

    • Chrome 80+
    • Firefox 72+
    • Edge 44+
